The bag pictured above is the one that I so graciously won from Bay Area Mommy when she held her giveaway and review. I had remembered seeing Maggie Bags for the first time when another blogger had posted a review about them. I thought "What an awesome concept?!" My son had literally broken straps on my favorite bags in the passed. Maggie Bags are made out of seatbelts, which is a lifesaver for me.
When I got the email saying that I had won the Maggie Bag, I was floored. I was sitting there checking my email, and I remember giving out a little squeal when I got to the winner announcement in my inbox. My hubby just looked at me and asked if I was okay. I was more than okay, and now that I have used the bag since the first day I received it, I can say my squeal of embarrassment was worth it.
Even though I have only had the bag for a couple of weeks, I can already tell that it is going to be one that even my son can not destruct. If a seatbelt can save your life, it will save your wallet too when you buy a Maggie Bag. I use it as a diaper bag right now for my four month old daughter. I was tired of carrying around my bag and her diaper bag, so the campus tote is perfect. It has two inside pockets and one zip up on the opposite side. Although there are no outside pockets, the inside is very spacious. It was MEANT for books, ya know?
I would highly recommend if anyone gets a chance to win or buy a Maggie Bag, that they take full advantage of the opportunity. My life has been saved with a bag!
